How Are Fees Determined for the Personal Representative and Attorney?

In Florida, there are presumed reasonable fees set forth by statute. As a general rule, they are approximately 3% of the assets being administered. It is not set in stone, that that is the reasonable fee but, in most circumstances, the courts will consider that as a guideline.
