Katie Gosche
Attorney Katie Gosche is the newest associate with the Strategic Counsel Law Group, L.C. focusing on estate planning and elder law. She grew up in the Tampa Bay area and attended the University of South Florida where she obtained her B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Public Policy. While at USF she was an active member of Sigma Delta Tau where she held various leadership positions and raised money for numerous philanthropic organizations. After graduating, Katie worked as a paralegal for two years in Tampa before moving to Orlando to attend Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando for her J.D. During law school she served two judicial internships with the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Hillsborough County and worked part time as a law clerk. While at Barry, Katie was a member of the Child and Family Law Journal, ROTARACT, and Phi Alpha Delta. She returned to Tampa in fall of 2020 to join her mother Colleen O’Rourke as an associate attorney after passing the Florida Bar Exam in November 2020. Katie a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the Real Property Probate and Trust Section, The Thomas E. Penick Jr. American Inn of Court, The Young Lawyers Division, and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
